There are more benefits than disadvantages in a VOLUNTEER’S life. Of course, the disadvantages do matter, but when this pathway is chosen, the volunteer tends to always have a positive frame of mind to make his/her life easier on the issues to be tackled. Not everyone has this capability to be a volunteer due to the life style every human being is leading. So if a person volunteers to be become a volunteer worker, it’s of great honor and to be greatly respected too. Briefly, during this work, one can get to know more about people; grow to be more knowledgeable about their surrounding issues; develop their leadership quality over time; gain confidence within yourself; and most of all, bring happiness to the people whom you are serving. Isn’t this what we need, to see and make others happy?
